The The Egyptian Journal of Neurology, Psychiatry and Neurosurgery is the official peer-reviewed journal of the Egyptian Society of Neurology, Psychiatry and Neurosurgery first published in 1960. It covers mainly research in field of Neurosciences, especially Neurology, performed within non- profit Egyptian academic organizations (Universities and medical institutes).

It is the first and most important journal for Neurologists in Egypt and is the main portal for publishing important academic research from Egyptian Universities and institutes. The journal has been requested by the World Federation of Neurology to be distributed worldwide especially in Africa and poor countries.
